A comfortable surprise amidst chaos
The bed was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They worked hard to assist with directions and local tips.
However, the bathroom cleanliness could use some serious attention. there were signs of neglect, leaving me uncomfortable during my shower. The internet was also unreliable.

The shower curtain rod was too high, leaving water all over the bathroom floor. When I asked for help, the response I got was quite unhelpful, saying it was beyond her job scope. Additionally, my request for a ground floor room was not met, which made my stay uncomfortable due to my bad knee.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was pretty nice overall. It looked brand new, clean fixtures, and the beds were great. The bathroom was super clean, which was a relief. But. the breakfast was just cereal, like, seriously? Not much of a menu there. It’s a mixed bag for sure.
